Join our 6-week yoga journey designed to build strength, find stillness, and renew your energy through grounding practices and extended shavasana. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have years of practice, you’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, honor your body’s wisdom, and deepen your connection to yourself. Join us to breathe with the season, ground into the present, and experience yoga as a lifelong practice. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions or injuries. Pregnant participants are encouraged to join a pregnancy yoga class.
