Which of your classes is best suited for me?

There are many different types of Yoga. Most of my classes are suitable for beginners. My main style is Hatha Yoga with mindful movements held for a few breaths (although sometimes a gentle flow movement is included!) You can always check the description of the classes and of course, if you have any questions please get in touch!

What do I need for a yoga class?

  • A yoga mat will give you best grip through the movements.

  • Get set up 5-10mins before the class starts 

  • Wear comfortable clothes.

  • If you have any props like blocks, cushions, blankets - they can be useful too. 

  • Water is life so make sure to bring a bottle.

  • Best to eat an hour or 2 before your class starts.  

Do I need to be flexible and do a handstand?

Absolutely not! The practice of the movements (asanas) will strengthen, stretch and tone parts of your body to increase your flexibility and mobility.

I also do not teach handstands in my class (yet!)
