Welcome to my Yoga journey!

I'm Ciara, a passionate and dedicated Yoga teacher with a deep love for empowering individuals of all ages to discover balance, strength, and peace through the practice of Yoga. With certifications in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Chair Yoga. I bring a holistic approach to my teaching, ensuring that everyone, from children to seniors, can experience the incredible benefits of Yoga.

I was a teenager at my first Yoga class while studying for exams, Yoga quickly became the path that gave me a space to quieten my mind. Over the years, I quickly began experiencing different benefits of Yoga helping at different stages of my life. 

I now have had the privilege of sharing this beautiful practice with students from all walks of life, helping them unlock their potential and embrace a more mindful and centered way of living.

In my Hatha Yoga classes, I focus on strengthening the body and calming the mind, while my Chair Yoga sessions provide an accessible and supportive environment for those with limited mobility.

Whether you’re seeking to enhance flexibility, reduce stress, or simply find a moment of peace in your day, my goal is to guide you on your personal yoga journey with compassion, encouragement, and a deep respect for your individual needs.
