Description

Yoga is more than a sequence of poses — it’s a way of living with presence, kindness, and balance. This Autumn, step into an 8-week exploration of the Yamas and Niyamas, yoga’s guiding principles for cultivating mindfulness in both movement and everyday life. Each week, we’ll focus on one principle, weaving it into breath-led, accessible sequences, mindful stillness, and simple take-home reflections. Together, we’ll practice moving with compassion, finding steadiness in times of change, letting go of what no longer serves, and noticing moments of joy and contentment along the way. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have years of practice, you’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, honor your body’s wisdom, and deepen your connection to yourself. Join us to breathe with the season, ground into the present, and experience yoga as a lifelong practice. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions or injuries. Pregnant participants are encouraged to join a pregnancy yoga class.
