This winter, we’re focusing on building strength—both physical and inner—with grounding practices and extended shavasana to restore deeply. Over six weeks, you’ll move through slow, intentional stretches and explore rest as a powerful tool for renewal. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, this course is an invitation to move at your own pace, tune into your body, and reconnect with yourself. Embrace the quiet of the season, breathe deeply, and experience yoga as a steady companion for life. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions or injuries. Pregnant participants are encouraged to join a pregnancy yoga class.
