Yoga is more than poses — it’s a way of living with awareness, kindness, and balance. This Autumn, join us for an 8-week journey through the Yamas and Niyamas, the guiding principles of yoga that help us live more mindfully both on and off the mat. Each week, we’ll explore one principle through gentle yet strengthening movement, breathwork, and simple reflections you can carry into daily life. You’ll learn to move with compassion, stay grounded during change, release what no longer serves you, and find moments of joy and contentment along the way. No matter your level of experience, this course invites you to honor your own pace, listen to your body, and connect deeply with yourself. Step onto your mat, breathe into the season, and discover yoga as a practice for your whole life. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions or injuries. Pregnant participants are encouraged to join a pregnancy yoga class.
