Description
This 6 week Yoga term is inspired by the chakra system — designed to explore, balance, and gently shift energy week by week. Each class centres on one or more chakras, blending movement, breathwork, and reflection to support alignment and vitality. Whether you're curious about the chakras or simply looking to move with more intention, this term is designed to leave you feeling clear, connected and recharged. Open to all levels, this course guides you through a series of asanas that build strength, improve flexibility, and support better posture. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class provides a peaceful environment to reduce stress, cultivate inner peace, and set a positive tone for your week ahead. If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please consult your doctor beforehand. Pregnant participants are encouraged to attend pregnancy yoga classes.
