Join us for an 8-week yoga series designed to help you move with intention, stay grounded, and discover small moments of calm and joy โ even when life gets a little hot & bothered. Each week offers a new theme, weaving together mindful movement, breath, and balance in a soulful evening practice. Whether you're just beginning or building on your journey, these classes are a space to stretch, strengthen, and reconnect with yourself. ๐งโโ๏ธ Open to all levels ๐Bring your mat & some water โจWe will bring the relaxing vibes! Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions or injuries. Pregnant participants are encouraged to join a pregnancy yoga class.
