This session emphasizes increasing flexibility and promoting overall well-being, making it accessible for participants of all experience levels. Whether you want to unwind after a long day, calm a restless mind, or simply care for your body, this course offers an ideal retreat. Join us for 8 weeks that will leave you feeling centered and refreshed. Bring along your mat & some water and enjoy learning how to bring Yoga into your life. Please consult your doctor if you have any conditions/injuries. If you are pregnant please attend a pregnancy yoga class.
