You are invited to start the new year with intention. This 8-week term is thoughtfully crafted to improve your physical, mental and emotional wellness. Hatha Yoga combines mindful movements (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama), and a soothing meditation for a more mindful new year. Whether you're continuing your yoga journey or brand new, this class welcomes all levels and is held in a warm, friendly environment. Bring your mat and water, and discover how yoga can enrich your life. Please consult your doctor if you have any injuries or medical conditions. Pregnant participants are encouraged to attend a pregnancy yoga class.
