Through a combination of slow, deliberate postures and deep, calming breaths, you’ll ease into a state of relaxation and inner peace. The session will focus on improving flexibility and enhancing overall well-being, making it suitable for all levels of experience. Whether you're looking to decompress after work, quiet a busy mind, or simply nurture your body, this course provides the perfect sanctuary. Join us for this 8 week course that will leave you feeling grounded and rejuvenated. Bring along your mat & some water and enjoy building your Yoga practice. Please consult your doctor if you have any conditions/injuries. If you are pregnant please attend a pregnancy yoga class.
