With a focus on improving flexibility and overall well-being, it’s designed for all levels of experience. Whether you’re looking to unwind after a long day, quiet your mind, or care for your body, this 8-week course offers a supportive space to recharge and reconnect. You’ll leave each session feeling balanced, grounded, and refreshed. Bring your yoga mat and water, and enjoy cultivating your practice in a welcoming environment. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions or injuries. Pregnant participants are encouraged to join a pregnancy yoga class.
