Join us this term for a journey through the body's energy centres — the chakras. Over 6 weeks, we’ll explore how movement, breath and awareness can support balance, alignment and a deeper connection to yourself. Each week focuses on one or two chakras — from grounding into your roots to opening the heart and expanding awareness. Expect gently flowing movement, moments of stillness, guided breathwork, and simple practices to help shift stagnant energy. Whether you're curious about the chakras or simply looking to move with more intention, this term is designed to leave you feeling clear, connected and recharged. 🧘♀️ All levels welcome 🌊 Bring your mat & some water ✨ Good vibes provided 😊 Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions or injuries. Pregnant participants are encouraged to join a pregnancy yoga class.
